VISION

Hani Qaddumi Scholarship Foundation (HQSF), a not-for-profit foundation, believes in the power of education and philanthropy to revitalize Palestine. Through societal analysis, scholarships and partnerships with like-minded organizations, it aims to develop and advance Palestinian society.

MISSION

HQSF creates opportunities through scholarships and other educational enhancements for intellectually capable young Palestinians who lack sufficient funds to complete their education, with the expectation that they will reciprocate by working to foster and augment Palestinian society.

OBJECTIVES

HQSF strives to:

• Provide outstanding Palestinian students the opportunity to pursue their university education.
• Assist in the improvement of educational systems and standards in Palestine and revitalize its intellectual future.
• Support Palestinian education institutions.
• Assess Palestine's societal requirements to ensure that the professional community's needs are met.
